Do add-ons change the plan?

No. Add-ons increase the selected company limits on the same plan. A Starter company can stay Starter while buying more users and more digital cards per user.

How do B2B Lead Scraper credits work?

Every free account gets 100 free leads/credits. Above that, you can purchase pay-as-you-go lead packs starting at Rs. 1 per lead (minimum 1,000 leads/Rs. 1,000 pack). There is no recurring monthly charge; credits behave like a wallet top-up (similar to SMS or WhatsApp API messaging) and never expire.

Do volume discounts reduce the whole subscription?

No. Volume discounts should apply only to add-on charges so the base plan minimum remains protected.
